HHS hosts band camp for students

Homedale High School will host a band camp for all interested students.
The camp begins Monday and runs daily through Aug. 6. It’ll be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the high school band room. The band camp will conclude with a practice on the football field demonstrating skills learned from the week.
The camp will focus on basic marching technique, music for halftime shows, playing games and electing new officers for the year. Parents of students are welcome to attend and watch the practices.
Those attending are reminded to bring their instrument, three-ring binder, paper, pencil, water bottle and the appropriate clothing for marching and playing.
