Set clocks ahead Sunday for Daylight Saving Time

 If the days seem to be getting longer, they are. Folks will gain another hour of daylight this week when Daylight Saving Time begins.
  With spring approaching, set clocks ahead one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday.
  Standard time returns at 2 a.m. on Nov. 7.
